Please note: Due to the current situation involving Covid-19, Canada Post may face potential impacts related to their local facilities and air transportation. Customers may begin to experience slower than normal delivery times up to an additional 5 days.

To help minimize points of close contact in our communities, Canada Post will no longer be requesting signatures for any deliveries to the door. Instead, where possible, delivery agents will apply a safe drop process. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

our policy is as follows:

Simply contact info@shamasboutique.ca to start a return, our team will assist you.

- We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
- The item(s) should be returned unused and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached. All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging.
- All returns are subject to validation and approval at Shamas Boutique discretion. Shamas Boutique reserves the right to limit or refuse a return, in its sole discretion.
- Please note, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Please allow 1-2 business days for your refund after your order has arrived to our facility. We’ll send an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.
- The costs associated with the return are responsibility of the customer.
- You will receive your refund in the original form of payment
 
- We are not responsible for stolen packages after the shipment has been marked as Delivered by Canada Post.
 
In the unlikely event of this occurrence, please open a service ticket with Canada Post, and proceed to notify us with the service ticket number so that we can follow through with Canada Post. Also, contact your local police station to notify that your package has gone missing

**As Ontario entered the State of Emergency on Thursday January 14th and with the Stay at Home Orders in place, all Returns will be processed only when the State of Emergency / Lockdown, Stay at Home orders will be lifted - Our shipping facility remains opens regularly and is able to ship out orders**
