Question: How can I track my order?
You will receive a Canada Post or UPS tracking number by e-mail once the order has been shipped. Please, always check your Spam folder if you haven't received an email confirming your order withing 5-7 minutes of your purchase. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, you may go directly to CanadaPost.ca / UPS.com and track your package.
If you prefer a carrier over over another - UPS or Canada Post (in case you experienced difficulties with a particular carrier in the past, please mentioned at the time of your order, in the notes order). We will do our best to use your preferred carrier, however never guaranteed. Once the order has processed and shipped, it is not possible for us to change the carrier.
Question: What are the shipping costs and delivery options? Do you offer free shipping in Canada?
We are pleased to offer free shipping on your orders of $75 and before taxes in Canada, using Expedited Shipping by Canada Post or UPS. The shipping rate for orders below $75 is calculated at checkout and changes based on your Province. We do ship in the United States as well, the fee for regular size orders is usually $34.75. We regret to inform we do not offer free shipping for any orders outside Canada.
Orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Saturday. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt if ordered by 12:00 noon (EST) but as we are on reduced staff, shipping orders may take longer than usual.
Canada Post will leave a notice may be left in your mailbox including a community mailbox, if you have one, if you are not at home to receive your package. Therefore, we highly recommend you follow the delivery of your order with the tracking number once the order has been picked up by Canada Post or UPS. Please, if you leave in a condo that has a concierge, make sure to check your mailbox as well, as if the package is smaller in size, Canada Post or UPS might leave it there directly.
Question: Can I pick up my order at Shamas Boutique?
Yes. You can place an online order on ShamasBoutique.ca and select "Pickup" during checkout. You will then receive two emails. The first one will be confirming your order, the second email will inform you your order is ready for pickup.
Orders are usually ready the same day in a matters of max 2 hours if place within the hours of operation of our Boutique.
We cannot always guarantee that an item will be available at time of the order and ready the same day.
Orders placed on Sunday and Monday will be available for pickup on Tuesday.

Sezzle is payment solution that gives the freedom to buy now and pay later. No interest or impact to your credit score. You can simply choose Sezzle at checkout. Sezzle is a new and exciting payment solution that gives the option to purchase now and pay later. No interest added.
When you complete a purchase with Sezzle, we will process your order just like a normal order that you have paid off already, but you will have only paid a fraction of the cost.

Question: Does your boutique accepts returns or exchanges?
Skin Care, Hair Care
Due to hygienic reasons we do not accept returns on skin care, makeup and hair care products that have been unsealed, opened and/or used. Returns are accepted only on unopened, unused merchandise in the original condition and packaging within 10 days of purchase. Shipping costs must be paid by the customer in full. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please send us an within 10 days of receiving your order to let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org - We do not receive COD returns. Your money will be refunded within 14 business days after we receive your package.
If you have experienced an allergic reaction to any of the products you have ordered we please ask you to advise us within 48 hours. We will be more than happy to provide an exchange or refund for the individual product if an allergic reaction has been confirmed. We will accept any full-sized product for a return (no exchanges), as long as it is at least three quarters full. Please note that we may require a doctor's note and photos.
Perfume, Candles and any fragrance products
Perfume, Candles and any fragrance products may be returned for a refund within 10 days of order if they are left unopened in the original packaging including cellophane. All shipping costs must be paid by the customer. In order to receive a refund, your item(s) must be unused, unopened and in its original and undamaged packaging (including unopened cellophane wrap where applicable).
If you have experience allergies to fragrances in the past we strongly suggest that you order a sample of the perfume to try on first, as we regret to inform will do not accept any returns due to an allergic reaction.
Please email email@example.com stating that you wish to return your unopened item(s) to get return authorization and approval. We do not return perfume samples. We highly recommend that you return the item carefully so it is not damaged upon its return as it will not qualify for a refund. We do not receive COD returns. Your money will be refunded back to your original method of payment within 14 business days after we have received your package.
Bundles purchases returns:
Please, contact us and return the whole bundle within 10 days of purchase in order to be able to qualify for a return. We do not accept returns on any individual bundle items. All the items must be unopened, unused and in the original condition and packaging, including cellophane wrap where applicable). If you are not satisfied with your online order, please email us within 10 days of receiving your merchandise to let us know.
All orders, except for the items mentioned above, can be exchanged or returned for store or online credit within 10 days of purchase. They must be accompanied with the original receipt/email order confirmation. You must contact us via email before returning a product so we may inform you how to make your return and where.
We regret to inform that Shipping and Restocking fees (if applicable) are not refundable.
