RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with a SHAMAS BOUTIQUE purchase or gift for any reason, please review our policies below.
Online purchases may be returned by mail, within 15 days of the purchase date. Please allow 24 hours for your return to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
We cannot accept returns on used products.
Your item must be unused, undamaged and in its original sealed packaging.
Sales are final on all gift cards, sale and promotional items.
We regret that original shipping costs and return freight charges cannot be reimbursed.
TO INITIATE A RETURN:
- Contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org, referencing your order confirmation number with your request to return your item(s), before returning the item(s). We will issue a Return Authorization number (RA). The return authorization number must be written on the outside of the package or goods will not be accepted at time of delivery.
- You can take your package to the nearest Post office or Mailbox (to find a location, please visit www.canadapost.ca). Alternatively, you may call Canada Post customer service to schedule a pick up at your home. Please keep your Canada Post receipt for tracking purposes.

- Please ensure that all items are packed and sealed securely using the original packaging; and that your original invoice or order confirmation email is included. All items must be in their original packaging.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Sorry we cannot accept COD deliveries.
IF THE REFUND POLICY IS NOT FOLLOWED
If you return an item that is damaged, sent without previous authorization, not in its original packaging, lost in transit, or if the item is not returned in a timely manner following the issuance of your return authorization number, your return will not be processed.
When returning an item, please pack goods securely and keep a copy of your return receipt for tracking proposes. Please send tracking information to email@example.com . We will not be responsible if items are lost or damaged in transit. Please include a copy of your original order with your return.
